The Free plan is available to stores with fewer than 1,000 lifetime orders processed through Shopify. Once your store exceeds this threshold, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Mocha Analytics.
We use a 3-of-4 month rule: if your order volume exceeds your plan's limit in 3 out of the last 4 complete months, we will notify you with a 30-day upgrade notice. Your dashboard continues to work during this period. If no upgrade is made after 30 days, your account will be upgraded automatically.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Monthly Instalment and Annual plans are 12-month commitments.
We offer three billing options. Monthly is the most flexible - pay month to month and cancel anytime. Monthly Instalment saves 10% - you commit to 12 months but pay monthly instead of upfront. Annual saves 20% - you pay for the full year upfront at the best rate. Both the Monthly Instalment and Annual options auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Stores processing more than 100,000 orders per month can contact us for a custom plan.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 application-level encryption. We use secure authentication with JWT tokens and httpOnly cookies.
